Every tax return and financial record tells part of a larger story. We begin by listening to yours—your work, your business, and what you want to accomplish.
Our approach brings personal attention and clear explanations to the decisions in front of you.
01
Listen first.
Start with your circumstances and priorities, rather than a one-size-fits-all answer.
02
Make it understandable.
Talk through your numbers and next steps in plain language.
03
Keep the whole picture in view.
Consider how today’s financial choices connect with your longer-term goals.

Common questions
Before we get started.
Can I discuss my situation before choosing a service?
Begin with a conversation about your needs. The appropriate service and scope of work should be discussed before an engagement begins.
I’m self-employed. What should I prepare?
Organize your income records, business expenses, estimated tax payments, and any mileage records. Bring your prior return and a list of questions about your work and business.
How do I know which documents are relevant?
Use the preparation checklist as a starting point. Changes such as starting a business, moving, or a change in family circumstances may affect the records needed.
Should I send sensitive documents through ordinary email?
Ask for the firm’s approved document-sharing method before sending Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank information, or other sensitive records.

Before tax credits and additional taxes. This is a planning estimate, not a filed return.
Uses 2026 federal ordinary-income brackets and the basic standard deduction. Excludes tax credits, self-employment and payroll taxes, capital gains rates, state taxes, alternative minimum tax, and additional taxes. It does not determine eligibility for deductions or filing status. Age/blindness additions, dependent rules, and special deduction restrictions are not applied automatically. Use “Enter total deduction” for a verified allowable amount; high-income itemized-deduction limits are not calculated. Amounts are calculated with tax brackets rather than IRS tax-table rounding.
